Add and Remove Team Members

Add a new Team Member

It's easy to add more team members to a company, but you have to be the owner or have the "Edit" permission for "Company Members"

Steps:

  1. Open the Palmetrics app
  2. Log into the company you'd like to add members to
  3. Open the Settings page, then navigate to "Members" which will pop up under "Settings" on the left-hand navigation
  4. Click "Add Member" and enter their email address
  5. Repeat this process for as many members as you'd like to add

After you've invited them, they will receive an email to notify them of the invitation:

  • If they already have a Palmetrics account with the same email address they were invited at: they can log in with that account and they'll be prompted to join your company.
  • If they don't have an account with the same email they were invited at: they can sign up a new account with the same email address they were invited at, after which they'll be able to accept your invitation

After they've joined, you will need to update their permissions to control what they have access to. See Manage access control with permissions

Remove a Team Member

If you need to revoke access from a team member, you can do so by removing them as a member of the Company. Simply click on their name and click "Remove Member".

TIP

This action is only possible as the owner of the company or if you have the "Delete" permission for "Company Members"
