Amazon Integration

Stock Sync Available

Palmetrics can automatically sync stock levels across all your connected integrations to prevent overselling. Learn more or contact us at support@palmetrics.co.za to enable this.

Before you connect

Please make sure the SKUs on Palmetrics exactly match the SKUs on Amazon, otherwise Palmetrics will consider them different products.

What happens after you connect

So far, these features are available:

  • Sync stock levels with other connected integrations as sales happen to avoid overselling (Please contact us to enable this)
  • Products and orders from Amazon are pulled into and visible on Palmetrics
  • Markup-based pricing to automatically calculate prices based on your product cost and desired margin
  • Updating Amazon prices on Palmetrics will push to Amazon
  • View sales analytics for all your channels

Connect from Palmetrics

If you have an active Amazon Seller account, all you need to do to connect is:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Click "Add integration"
  3. Select "Amazon" as the channel
  4. Follow the prompts. It will take you to Amazon, back to Palmetrics, again back to Amazon, and your final destination is Palmetrics.

Amazon FAQ

Can I connect multiple Amazon stores to one Palmetrics company?

No. At present, it is only possible to connect one Amazon store to one Palmetrics company. If you have two Amazon Seller accounts, and you'd like to connect both simultaneously, you'll need to create a second company on Palmetrics.

Can I disconnect the store?

Yes. Select the store on the settings page and click "Disconnect". This will completely remove the store. All sales from the store will be deleted. Products that only exist on this specific store will be deleted. Products that also exist on other stores (regardless of platform) will not be deleted, and only the data specific to this store will be wiped from the product.

Can I disconnect Store A and then connect Store B?

Yes, absolutely. When you disconnect the store, all the associated data will be deleted. To connect a new store, simply follow the same setup as before.
