Team Members and Companies

Before the update in September 2023, there was no differentiation between a "company" and your personal login. To share access with team members for a specific Palmetrics account, you had to share a single login with them.

After the update in September 2023, it is now possible to:

• Add more team members, with their own personal logins, to a single company
• Control the access that these team members have to the company with fine-grained permissions
• Easily work with more than one Takealot account (Palmetrics company) under a single login, which means no more logging out and in to switch between accounts!

TIP

If you were managing more than one Palmetrics account before the update in September 2023, you can transfer ownership of all your companies to a single user so that you don't have to log out and in to different accounts to switch between companies anymore!
