Why are the totals different between the Financial and Sales Overview pages?

The totals on the Financial Overview will always be different than the totals on the Sales Overview.

The reason the numbers are different is because Takealot creates transactions 2-3 days after sales, sometimes longer for lead-time sales.

The information you see on the Financial Overview represents financial transactions between you as a seller and Takealot.

Some of these transactions are related to sales that occurred, some are not. For explanations of each group, please hover over the title.
