Returns on Palmetrics and the Takealot Seller Portal aren't matching up?

On the Takealot Seller Portal returns page, the returns are listed on the dates that the return was processed. On Palmetrics, however, returns are listed on the original order date (except for notifications which show on the date the return was processed.)

So, for example, if you made a sale on January 2 and the order was later returned on January 14, then you will see a return on the Takealot Seller Portal on January 14 but on Palmetrics the return will reflect on January 2.

Note, though, that you will still be notified of the return on January 14th on Palmetrics on your notifications page.
