Why have my 'sold' chart totals reduced?

This happens when a sale that was previously considered 'sold' has been returned or cancelled. As a result, your 'revenue' chart totals will be lower and your returns and/or cancellations chart totals will be higher.

As an example, consider this scenario:

1. June ends with R5000 in 'Revenue', R500 in 'Returns' and R250 in 'Cancellations'.
2. In August (1+ months later), you check June again. You now see R4500 in 'Revenue', but you also see R1000 in 'Returns' and still R250 in 'Cancellations'. This is because R500 that was previously considered sold in June was returned at a later date.
