Why is my account importing and how long will it take?

On the Takealot Seller Portal returns page, returns are listed according to the date they were processed. On Palmetrics, however, returns are listed according to the original order date, except for notifications which show the date the return was processed.

For example, if an order was placed on January 2, 2021 and returned on January 14, 2021, the return will be visible on the Takealot Seller Portal on January 14, 2021, but on Palmetrics it will reflect on January 2, 2021.

Note that you will still be notified of the return on January 14, 2021 on Palmetrics on your notifications page.
