How are the totals on the Sales Overview charts calculated?

Sold

The Sold (green chart) total is the sum of the selling_price value of all Sales with the following statuses:

• "New Lead Time Order"
• "Draft Shipment"
• "Checked In Shipment"
• "New Drop Ship Order"
• "In Progress Drop Ship Order"
• "Collected Drop Ship Order"
• "Confirmed Shipment"
• "Shipped Shipment"
• "Received Shipment"
• "Inter DC Transfer"
• "Preparing for Customer"
• "Shipped to Customer"
• "Ready to Collect Drop Ship Order"

Returns

The Returned (red chart) total is the sum of the selling_price value of all Sales with the following statuses:

• "Returned"
• "Lost In Transit"

Cancellations

The Cancelled (orange chart) total is the sum of the selling_price value of all Sales with the following statuses:

• "Cancelled - Inbound Exception" (and all variants of this status)
• "Cancelled by Seller" (and all variants of this status)
• "Cancelled by Customer"
• "Cancelled by Takealot" (and all variants of this status)
• "Cancelled - Late"
• "Cancelled - Late Delivery"
