Downloads don't work on Firefox

If you're having trouble downloading files such as the Products CSV export from Palmetrics on Firefox, you should first try to disable Enhanced Tracking Protection before attempting the download.

To do this, click on the shield icon next to your URL search bar in your browser:

After you've clicked on the shield, a small window will appear with the text 'Enhanced Tracking Protection' at the top. Please disable this setting. The page will automatically refresh, and the shield will have a strike through it to indicate it is disabled:
