Freeze Price Changes
Sometimes you want to pause auto price changes for a specific product without disabling and re-enabling auto-pricing entirely. For example, you might not want to compete with a particular competitor and would prefer to let them sell out first.
How do I freeze a product?
- Go to the Takealot Buybox page
- Click on the product you want to freeze
- Select the Frozen checkbox
- Choose the date and time when you want auto-pricing to resume
The product's price will remain unchanged until the freeze expires, at which point auto-pricing will resume automatically.
